Villa Grande is located in an exclusive urbanization in La Gavina, S'Agaró. The complex is internationally known for its 5 star G.L. Hotel La Gavina, among which guests are the Spanish Royal Family, and celebrities such as Sean Connery or Ava Gardner.

The villa is situated some 300 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of San Pol and the sea side promenade with great restaurants. A variety of sea activities such as jet ski or sail rentals is available by the beach.

The villa was built in the 1960-ies in a classical style and has got two floors and a beautiful garden with a large round swimming pool. It is furnished in a simple modern style. The garden enjoys stunning views of S'Agaro coast and the sea. There are four double bedrooms of generous size, with en-suite bathrooms, a spacios living and dining room, connected with the terrace, and a great size kitchen.
