Villa Fucsia is a cosy villa built and decorated in the traditional Catalan style of the 1960-ies. It is located next to a sandy beach, in a private residential complex La Gavina, which is internationally known thanks to its 5 star Grand Luxe hotel.

Among La Gavina guests were the Royal family of Spain, Elisabeth Taylor and Frank Sinatra.

The estate was built in the 1960-ies in a traditional style of S'Agaro and has got NO swimming pool. Within a hundred meters, one can access a magnificent swimming poll of the hotel with sea water.

On the ground floor, there is a lounge and dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a small service room.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a beautiful terrace with sea views.

The garden is nicely maintained and has got a pergola ideal for dinner in summer.

The villa is located very close to a rocky cove and to the "Cami de Ronda" which takes you along the sea side to S'Agaro and Playa de Aro.

A walk to a sandy beach of Sa Conca will take you about 7 minutes.
